Hi Angela,
Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I always feel that Walt Disney World is a pretty special place on any given day of the year, and on holidays I feel everything is so extra special. What better place to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving feast than
Walt Disney World!
Angela, my first suggestion is to call Disney Dining directly at 407-939-DINE (3463) to get the latest information on Walt Disney World restaurants and their menu offerings for the Thanksgiving holiday. When I called Disney Dining, they listed off restaurants planning to offer a traditional-style Thanksgiving dinner, and they noted that more restaurants could be added to the list. While specific menus for each of the restaurants were not available, the list of restaurants looks like it gives a great variety of choices.
Restaurants that the Disney Dining team mentioned as offering a traditional Thanksgiving menu for lunch and dinner include Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Biergarten Restaurant, Coral Reef Restaurant, Le Cellier Steakhouse, Rose & Crown Dining Room, Sanaa, and Whispering Canyon Cafe. Restaurants that the Disney Dining team mentioned for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner include California Grill, Cape May Cafe, Fresh Mediterranean Market, and Trail's End Restaurant. Ale & Compass Lounge is listed as offering a brunch, and Garden Grove is listed as offering character dining for breakfast and dinner.
I suggest reaching out to Disney Dining to get the latest listing of restaurants. You can also
check out offerings from last year's Thanksgiving to get ideas on the types of holiday fare served.
Wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving in advance.
Enjoy your Disney!
Jerry
