    What disney world resorts have private balconies or a patio?

    Hi, Jill! 

    Welcome back! Having a patio or balcony during my stays at Walt Disney World® Resort is important to me as well. I enjoy starting my mornings with a cup of coffee out on the balcony with a fresh new day in my happy place.

    Here is a list of resort hotels that offer this relaxing amenity: All Deluxe Level Resorts & Villas
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village - all view options 
    • Disney's Beach Club Resort & Villas - must request a balcony room, some rooms have reduced-sized Juliette balconies on the resort side. The Villas all have patios/balconies
    • Disney's BoardWalk Inn & Villas - all room options
    • Disney's Contemporary Resort - tower rooms only. The first floor of the North Garden Wing have patios
    • Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa - all room options
    • Disney's Old Key West Resort - all room options
    • Disney's Polynesian Village Resort & Villas - First floor & third floor have patios/balconies in the resort hotel Longhouses. The Villa Longhouses all have patios/balconies
    • Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa - all room options
    • Disney's Wilderness Lodge & Copper Creek Villas - all room options
    • Disney's Yacht Club Resort - all room options
