    When does Disney world release new dates to enable booking of dining and extra events? The dates I am traveling there aren’t available yet for booking. Thanks

    Hi Nora!

    Welcome to planDisney!  I'm so happy you stopped by to be part of our world!  Planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is so exciting and I'm sure you can't wait to find out more about all that will be available during your stay.  

    Nora, advanced dining reservations and reservations for experiences in the Enchanting Extras Collection are available 60 days before your visit.  If you're a guest staying in the Disney Resorts Collection, you'll have the added advantage of making all of these reservations for the entire length of your stay 60 days before your check-in date!  These reservations usually include events like the Fantasmic! Dining Packages and the Seats and Sweets Fireworks Dessert Party at Magic Kingdom Park as park hours and entertainment schedules are also typically available 60 days ahead.  This also applies to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and recreational activities like fishing.

    Information on special ticketed events such as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is typically released a few months before the first dates.  For example, we just recently found out more details about the Disney H2O Glow After Hours at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon - a popular summertime event.  If you're looking to enjoy those special seasonal events during your stay, I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and the Disney Parks Instagram page for the latest updates!  These events are often very popular so I suggest purchasing your tickets as they become available.
