Hi Dee Dee,
Welcome to planDisney! Well, we have a case of the missing tickets. Let us put on our super sleuthing hats and think!
I assume you have logged into
My Disney Experience and checked for those tickets? If you have not yet checked the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, check the mobile app as well. When you open the app, click on the three bars in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Then click on Tickets and Passes.
If you still do not see those tickets, find the confirmation number and try
linking them to your My Disney Experience account again. Check your email for an email with the confirmation number. If you cannot find the confirmation number and still cannot see the tickets in your account, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support. They can take a look at your My Disney Experience account.
As you continue to plan, keep your eye on the
operational updates since polices and procedures could change. Pay close attention to the
dining updates to note any additional restaurants that might reopen in time for your visit. When we learned that our favorite restaurant
'Ohana was reopening in time for our upcoming visit, we were ecstatic.
Dee Dee, I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will locate those tickets and get them linked in your My Disney Experience account again. And, if you have not yet booked a resort hotel, consider one of the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. My girls adore staying in the middle of the magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
