Hi Gail,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! I’ve visited Walt Disney World Resort several times with my little one, including when he was still an infant in diapers.
While the gift shops such as
Sport Goofy Gifts and Sundries at Disney’s All Star Sports Resort (as well as the Baby Care Centers in each of the Theme Parks) do stock some basic baby items, they only sell a limited number of brands (Huggies diapers and Gerber food/formula). In addition, the prices are higher than what you would pay if you ordered these items online or purchased them in a conventional store.
What I would recommend instead would be to have baby essentials delivered to your Resort, either by using Garden Grocer (www.gardengrocer.com) or via Amazon. I’ve used both services in the past, with great success. If you don’t plan to order any groceries for your upcoming visit, then I would go with Amazon for the best price/selection.
Here’s how to ship a package to yourself at
Disney’s All Star Sports Resort: On the "Resort Overview" page for the link I’ve just provided, you'll find a column along the right-hand side that includes your Resort Hotel's address. Make sure that you put the "lead guest's" name on the package, followed by the note "GUEST - ARRIVING MM/DD/YY" (i.e. put in your arrival date) to help ensure that your package arrives safe and sound.
I hope my answer helps you plan a vacation that is practically perfect in every way for both your and your baby! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
