    We’re still in Disney World for one more day, and we need to return a shirt we bought yesterday at Disney Springs since we found a flaw. We’re not planning to go back to the Disney Springs, where else in Disney World we can return that merchandise???

    Welcome to planDisney, Oleg! Shopping is one of my favorite Disney pastimes, so I'm pleased to answer your question about merchandise today.

    I'm sorry to hear that your shirt wasn't exactly what you were expecting. If you don't have plans to return to Disney Springs, you can return your item at a merchandise location inside the Theme Parks or at your Resort Hotel if it was purchased from a Disney-owned store like World of Disney or DisneyStyle. Make sure that the item is in its original condition with the tags on it and that you have the receipt from your original purchase. You can make an exchange for another item, or you can get a refund to your original form of payment. Unfortunately, sometimes these things happen but I have always found Disney Cast Members to be kind and courteous and willing to help facilitate an exchange or return!
