It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kricket!
I was recently at
Disneyland Resort for a quick vacation, and when you travel to Walt Disney World Resort you're going to have the same feeling that I had when I was at The Happiest Place On Earth: it feels so familiar but so different! There are a lot of similarities between the two Resorts but there are definitely some differences too, so let's chat a little bit about
parking and how you're going to get around when you're there.
If you are going to
Epcot,
Disney's Hollywood Studios, or
Disney's Animal Kingdom, you'll be able to park in a parking lot in front of each of those theme parks, which is super convenient! There are trams that run constantly throughout the day to take you from the parking area to the entrance if you'd like to save yourself a short walk as well. The process for parking at
Magic Kingdom Park is slightly different, but still really quick and convenient. You'll park your car at the Transportation and Ticket Center and from there you can use the
complimentary transportation to get right to the gates of the theme park. When you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, there are a lot of clear road signs telling you exactly how to get to the parking area for the Transportation and Ticket Center, so you really can't miss it!
Here's an expert parking tip: make sure you take a picture of the signpost closest to where you parked so you remember where you left your car! I always have so much fun when I'm at the theme parks that all of the new memories I've made just push that crucial information right out of my head, so I always give myself a pat on the back when I remember to take a picture of our parking spot.
Have a magical day, Kricket!
