Hiya Crystal - welcome to
planDisney!
I love talking about all things food-related at the
Walt Disney World Resort, so I'm happy to answer your question to help you plan for your trip next year! Amazing
allergy-friendly options have been popping up everywhere - you'll have no trouble avoiding dairy while enjoying fantastic options!
You can view each dining location's menu
online or in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Allergy-friendly options are listed near the end of the menu, sometimes after a long list of snacks and beverages, so don't stop scrolling! Some menus, like
Primo Piatto's at
Disney's Riviera Resort, will have separate sections for each type of allergy, and you'd want to look for the Milk Allergy-Friendly section. Other menus, like
Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen's at
Magic Kingdom Park, will split all allergy-friendly items into normal categories (e.g., Appetizers, Desserts) and then each item will describe allergens. Any location that sells food items should have a binder documenting all ingredients, and you're welcome to ask to see it!
Regarding lactose-free milk, first, I recommend you
contact the Special Diets team via email to learn more about your specific options. Soy milk is offered at a variety of locations, but I've found that it isn't well-documented, and this team might be able to help you identify some spots you can rely on. I do know that the Starbucks locations in all four Theme Parks and at Disney Springs offer multiple non-dairy milk options, and while they're usually for coffee drinks, I think you can probably ask them for a cup of just non-dairy milk!
I hope this information is helpful as you continue planning -
let us know if there is anything else we can help out with!
