    Does Disney World offer a discounted room rate at any of the value hotels, for 100 percent disabled Veterans. I know that I can buy the tickets at discount rate at Shade of Green.

    From my military family to yours, I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your service and your sacrifice.  It is sincerely appreciated.

    You can reserve Walt Disney World Resort hotel rooms with a special military discount, but they are limited in number and they are only available by phone.  Certain rooms are categorically excluded (for example: Little Mermaid rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort) but there are resorts in every category that participate in these discounts.  My favorite Value Resort to book with a military discount is Disney's Pop Century Resort.  My family just stayed there for a weekend a few months ago and we had a fantastic visit.  Please be sure to let the friendly Cast Member helping you with your reservation know if you require an accessible room.  Also, you may be required to show your military ID when checking in to your resort, so please ensure you have it with you.
