Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cassie. I'm so glad you stopped by! I'm happy to answer your question today.
Your 2-year old is ineligible for the
Disney Dining Plan, but he may share from your plate. At buffets and all-you-can eat restaurants, he may fill his own plate at no charge! For that reason, we make reservations for several
Character Dining Experiences like
Chef Mickey's,
Tusker House Restaurant, and
The Crystal Palace when we have a little one under the age of 3 with us. At these locations, a little Mouseketeer can enjoy meeting his favorite Disney characters without having to wait in line AND enjoy kid-friendly foods from the buffet. What could be better?
Did you know you can take your own snacks and drinks into the theme parks for your little guy? I always pack my kiddos' favorite drinks and snacks, as well as wipes, changes of clothes, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and resealable bags in my backpack when we head to the theme parks for an adventure-filled day.
I hope this was helpful, Cassie. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd love to help you plan a magical visit with your
little one to the Walt Disney World Resort!
