Hey there, Gloria. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
Disney's Old Key West Resort is a great place to stay while on vacation at
Walt Disney World. You are going to have a great time. Did you know that you can actually take
complimentary transportation to and from all of the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Water Parks and Disney Springs? You'll be able to
take a bus from your resort directly to Magic Kingdom Park. It's nice to be able to park your car, leave all of your worries behind and be whisked away to all of the fun. If you'd still like to drive yourself, I think you'll be happy to know that as a Guest of a
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel you'll receive complimentary parking at all of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.
Parking for Magic Kingdom Park is a little bit different than the other parks, however. You'll actually be parking your car at the Transportation and Ticket Center. From there, you'll either board a boat or a monorail and take a short ride over to Magic Kingdom Park. If you are trying to get there quickly, the fastest option is going to be using the bus service from your resort. The bus stop for Magic Kingdom Park is located at the entrance of the park, getting you as close as possible transportation wise. If you plan on driving to the other parks as well, it's much easier to get to the park entrance. You'll actually only be a short tram ride or walk away from where you park your car.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask. Have fun!
