Hi, we are going to Disney world in October, we are from England, so we have got a two week pass, we would like to go to the Disney Halloween party but don’t know how it works, do you empty the park, then only people with Halloween tickets are in park, or

    Hi, Leesa!

What a treat to have two weeks in Walt Disney World!  Your family must be so excited!

On the nights that Mickey is hosting his Halloween Party, guests without an event ticket for the party must exit the park by 7:00 p.m.  Guests already in the Magic Kingdom with party tickets can go to a kiosk around the park for a party bracelet, and those guests coming just for the party will get a bracelet when they enter the park during party hours 7:00 p.m. until midnight.  There is not a huge emptying out of the Magic Kingdom, just a shift as some guests leave and some enter!  It actually is a very smooth process.  Cast Members will be checking that all guests in the park after 7:00 p.m. have the proper ticket and party bracelet.  Others will be asked to kindly exit the park.

Have a magical extended stay in Walt Disney World and have a Happy Halloween!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
