    We will be at Disney World from November 23, 2012 until December 1, 2012. I have been looking into the Very Merry Christmas Party and wonder if it is really worth the money? It will be myself, husband, and 5 year old son.

    Thanks for writing.  My boys and I absolutely love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and look forward to jump-starting the holiday season every year by at the party.  I highly recommend it.  The park is decorated in a sea of holiday whimsy and fantasy that would bring a smile to even Ebenezer Scrooge himself!  The event includes a special holiday parade that is anchored by Santa himself, a spectacular Christmas fireworks extravaganza, character meet and greets, free treats (hot chocolate and cookies) and dance parties.  In addition, most of the more popular attractions are open with much shorter wait times.  The best part....snow on Main Street!  I would absolutely consider going if you are able to include it in your vacation itinerary.
