I am going to disney world next month am im supper excited! I was wondering, though, ba=ecause due to soem recent medical issues i have an injury to my neck. I was wondering if and what rides i should not ride. Thank you! Hope you have a magical day! Jess

    Hi Jessica,

I'm sorry to hear about your neck injury.  You definitely want to schedule some time to discuss with your physician what kind of rides would be acceptable for you in your current condition.  I would imagine that he or she is going to tell you to steer clear of all the roller coasters (Big Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, Expedition Everest, the Rock 'N Roller Coaster) and the rides that jostle guests pretty soundly (Dinosaur, Test Track, Splash Mountain).  However, this is a discussion that can really only be had with a medical professional who understands your specific condition.  Rest assured, however, that a day at a Disney theme park can be absolutely magical even if you never set foot on a ride.  The shopping, dining, shows, and sight-seeing could easily fill a memorable day.  So get a list of guidelines from your physician and then start packing for a wonderful trip!

Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
