Do Disney world still have meal plans?

Greetings, Dave, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

Dave, from savory dishes to sweet treats, from snacks to signature dining experiences, I love talking about food at the Walt Disney World Resort! One of the reasons my family and I continue to visit year after year is the plethora of dining options onsite. There truly is something for every taste and budget.

Now, Dave, after a long hiatus, the Disney Dining Plan has returned for guests arriving on January 9, 2024, or later. Guests planning an eligible trip for next year have the option to choose either the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan or the Disney Dining Plan. Dave, take a look at THIS PAGE that shows the difference between the two plans. While both plans offer 1 Snack/Nonalcoholic Drink and 1 Resort-Refillable Drink Mug per night of your stay, you'll need to decide if a quicker meal experience or slower-paced Table-service dining better suits your traveling party.

I hope this helps as you're planning ahead. If you need restaurant recommendations or have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney where we're always assembling the ingredients to cook up some answers!

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Pennsylvania

Greetings from central Pennsylvania! Hi, I’m Lauren and I can’t wait to answer all of your Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Vacation Club questions. My husband and I became Disney Vacation Club Members because we love visiting the Disney Parks and with hectic day-to-day schedules, wanted to prioritize time away for our family. The options at the Walt Disney World Resort make each trip unique and I am excited to help other families build vacations with those unforgettable moments.
