    We will be at Disney World in May 2017! If we do online check-in 60 days in advance, does that effect payment & refund policies (in case something strange were to happen and we had to cancel our trip within the last 30 days)?”

    How exciting, you’ll be visiting the place Where Dreams Come True and make magical memories with your loved ones!

    Lauren, your Disney Resort hotel Online Check-In, which opens up 60-days before your stay, helps to expedite and simplify your arrival at the Front Desk. Once there, you’ll receive your Welcome Folder and possibly your MagicBands, if you haven’t already received them. Your Disney Resort hotel Online Check-In does not affect your reservation cancellation policy for which you should contact Disney Reservations at (407) 939-1936 for your specific cancellation fees and dates.

    Please familiarize yourself with the Disney Resort hotel Guest benefits, such as Disney’s Magical Express® complimentary return airport service, if flying into Orlando International Airport.

    Now is the perfect time to book any special activities, as well as, Disney Dining Reservations, FastPass+ experiences and personalizing MagicBands with My Disney Experience online and mobile app.
