    we will be in disney world march 6-10, 2011. I was wondering when the parades and fireworks shows are scheduled for at all the parks. I don't want to miss any of them this time. i also wanted to know if the do anything special for madi gras?

    I am very excited to hear about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation scheduled for this March!  It will be here before you know it and I am sure you want to get your itinerary squared away, so let's get started.

    step-by-step on how to do a search for any parades and firework shows scheduled during your time of travel.  This will help you decide which parks you may need to visit on a certain day.

    It is my experience that none of the parks celebrate Mardi Gras, but all hope is not lost.  You can visit Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.  This resort was inspired by the French Quarter in New Orleans.  Jazz music will fill your ears.  It is really a beautiful resort.  Now there is nothing wrong with you and your family celebrating Mardi Gras.  Wear those beautiful colors and make it your own celebration.
