we are going to disney world march 6march-march10 how crowded will it be and what kind of snacks can we have on the disney dinning plan?

    Hi Wanda,

You must be so excited for your upcoming vacation!  March can be a tricky month.  If you go during Spring Break, it could be really crowded.  The problem is, every state and school district has a different week off.  My guess is that the first part of the week will be less crowded than the end of your vacation.  I'm guessing that you'll still beat most of the school vacation crowds.

As far as snacks on the dining, there are TONS of options.  Generally, a snack is an item that costs less than $4.00.  There are signs everywhere that indicate snack options.  Some of my favorites include: Dole Whips, oatmeal (for a breakfast option), kaki gori (shaved ice in Japan Pavilion at Epcot).  Places like Starring Rolls in Hollywood Studios, Karamel Kuche in Epcot, or Main Street Confectionary  are great for using snack credits.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
