Hi, I will be going to Disney World between March 4-March8, It will just be me and my son (as I am a single mom). I would like to know what 3 parks I should take him to, and what parks have the most my son can explore. I am also staying at a value resort.

You and your son are going to have a fantastic vacation at Walt Disney World. There are so many magical adventures that await you as you two explore the parks. My family always begins each trip at the Magic Kingdom. We love the thrills of Space Mountain, the chills on Haunted Mansion and the timeless adventure that is the classic Jungle Cruise. Your son might also enjoy crossing the Rivers of America to Tom Sawyer Island. I spent countless hours exploring all the caves and rolling hills when I was a boy. From there hop on the monorail over to Epcot. Here you both can fly over my home state of California on Soarin' or go underwater in a clamshell on the Seas with Nemo & Friends. My kids love exploring the countries along the World Showcase. Right now the kids really like Norway. A great tip is to have lunch in Germany.  Lastly, no trip to Walt Disney World would be complete for any boy without a visit to Disney's Animal Kingdom. Start with a trek on the Kilimanjaro Safari. Here you will see lions, giraffes and hippos all in the 'wild.' From there head over to the Festival of the Lion King where you both will become a pert of this spectacular show. The fact that you are staying on property will pay off every time you and your tired yet smiling son leave the parks as transportation to the resorts is complimentary.
