We’re going to Disney World in March and my daughter will be a month shy of 3. Provided that there are any appts (which I doubt), how strict is the age policy at Disney Springs?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Heather! My young girl is not quite three, either yet she yearns for a Princes makeover! Despite the very strict age policy, I’ve managed to get quite creative to scratch her magical itch!

The age policy of 3-12 at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (both the Park location and Disney Springs location) and The Pirate’s League is strictly enforced, as they may ask for an active MagicBand at any time or see active park tickets and dining reservations through My Disney Experience at any time. But I love to indulge my daughter’s love of fairies and princesses. We’ll either purchase or bring from home a Princess Dress and accessories and book a Harmony Barbershop appointment. Here, you can get a haircut (from a VERY skilled and licensed professional) or an updo complete with Pirate or Pixie Dust. I add some lip gloss from my purse and the itty bitty baby transformation is complete. You can make an appointment at Harmony Barbershop for a great hairdo at (404) 939-7529 but the salon does accept a few walk ins early in the morning.

If I can help you spread a little more pixie dust on your vacation, please let me know. I’m all EARS! ~ Lindsey P.
