Going to Disney world for marathon weekend...just wondering if Christmas decorations will still be up then? Thank you!

    Hi Kristina!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Walt Disney World Marathon weekend is a great race weekend. I always use it as a way to jump start my New Year's Resolutions, and help burn off all my yummy holiday calories!

There usually aren't many decorations left up during marathon weekend.  Disney begins taking them down after the new year begins.  However, the 2017 marathon weekend is earlier than normal (January 4 - January 8), so you may luck out and still get to see some of the beautiful Christmas decorations around Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions, and good luck in your race!
