I am going to Disney World in June. I have diet restrictions for low sodium that I need to follow. Can Disney eating places accommodate diet restrictions like this? Do I just show up for dinner and let them know?

    Hi Wendy!
Thanks for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am psyched for you that you have a trip to Walt Disney World coming up so soon!! I have to wait until October.
Disney chefs do a wonderful job accommodating guests' dietary needs at many Disney dining locations. Special consideration is obviously easier to do at sit-down restaurants throughout Disney property and probably a little more difficult to do at Counter Service and Quick Service locations.
I would certainly notify your server at the sit-down restaurants in advance of ordering and they will either consult with the chef, or in many cases the chef will come to the table to discuss options directly with you.
As for Quick Service locations, I would ask about options, but be aware that since things are done in volume, it may be a bit more difficult. Still, it never hurts to ask at every location.

I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical trip!!
    Chris
