We are going to Disney World in July 2008.  We already booked the trip through the travel agent. I was wondering if you had any good tips on ways to save money when we are there. Four kids... need to cut money somewhere.

I would recommend eating your biggest meal of the day mid afternoon.  I found dinners menus were priced higher than lunch menus.  We would pack breakfast snacks like honey buns, mini donuts, perhaps mini cereal boxes and milk in the fridge.  This would help us through the breakfast portion of the day.  We didn't have much luck with packing lunches.  We inevitably be at the other end of the park and didn't want to walk back to the lockers for our sack lunches.  So, we would purchase a light snack around lunch time.  We planned dinner each day around 3:30 to 3:59 pm.  Some restaurants started to serve dinner at 4:00 pm, so if we arrived before we still had a lunch menu.  I hold off souvenirs until the last day.  Mickey's Mart:  Everything is under $10 and we always find a treasure to take home.  Mickey's Mart is located in Downtown Disney Area.
