Hey Eunice!
Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your great question about
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.
Eunice, I have great news for you! Because you never used your theme park tickets last year, it is highly probable that they are not expired!
In fact, your tickets have likely had their
expiration dates extended to September 26, 2021. Partially used multi-day theme park tickets with a usage window impacted by the Walt Disney World Resort pandemic-related closure, or unused date-specific theme park tickets purchased through June 6, 2020, with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020, or later, will be automatically extended to be used any date through September 26, 2021! Additionally, tickets that are not date-specific normally do not begin to expire until after their first use.
However, if you cannot visit by September 26, 2021, it is okay! You may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date. In other words, yes, they will honor your theme park ticket.
Verifying this information and checking if your tickets are expired is quite easy, Eunice!
