We will be in Disney World for Halloween. We have opted out of Mickey's Not So Scary Party. I don't think my 3 year old will be able to stay up for it after all day in the park. Does Art of Animation have some sort of Halloween activity? Thanks!

Happy Halloween, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Whitney!

Visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the Autumn is a cozy time, featuring special events and festivities at both Theme Parks and Disney Resort hotels, rest assured.

You will find that Disney Resort hotels offer many Disney-friendly, yet, Spook-tacular decorations and complimentary activities. My experience, having been at many Disney Resort hotels to celebrate our 'Halloween Baby', was that there were fun, Halloween themed things going on, such as ‘Creepy Crawly arts and crafts, Bewitching games, costume contests, Tricky Trivia, pumpkin judging, pool parties and often-a-time, Trick or Treating (subject to change). Head over to your Lobby Concierge to inquire about the ‘Calendar of Events’ during your visit.

I highly recommend heading over to The Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort to watch the fun 'Golf Cart Parade' and camp decorating contest. Campers become quite involved with their Halloween decorating which is great fun to see.

    Moms Tips:
-May I offer Disney’s Planning for Pre-School Kids resource containing tips for touring, sample Theme Park Itineraries, suggestions for suitable attractions and activities, and much more.
-Bring the Halloween celebration right to your Guest Room with Disney Floral & Gifts In-Room Celebrations to decorate and extend the fun to your Guest Room.
