Welcome to planDisney! I am so glad to hEAR that you are using
My Disney Experience to plan with
Family & Friends.
It sounds like you may need to Update your shared plans settings. Log into My Disney Experience and click on your My Family & Friends list. Then find your friend's name and click on the Update link. Check to make sure you share All Plans including PhotoPass Photos.
If you still cannot see each other's plans, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website support. They can take a look at your My Disney Experience account and help to resolve issues. Also check to be sure that you have linked your vacation package in My Disney Experience. To link it, log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then click on Link Reservations and Purchases.
Looking at your arrival date, I want to be sure you made
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Keep an eye on the
theme park reservation availability calendar and do not cancel any park pass reservations without checking that availability calendar first!
If you do not plan to order MagicBands, I also recommend that you set up
Disney MagicMobile service in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Be prepared to use Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. Although we used it sparingly on our last visit, it was nice to have some food when we did not have advanced dining reservations.
