Hello Bead and welcome to planDisney.
Your great question brought me such joy because for one, I'm the current UK planDisney Panelist and I absolutely love having the pixie-dusted opportunity of helping fellow British Guests who like myself, visit Walt Disney World Resort from across the pond. And secondly, Christmas and the
Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort are hands-down my most favourite time of the yEar to visit the most magical place on earth!
I checked off a huge bucket-list item a few yEars ago when I was lucky enough to have spent Christmas Day with my family within the enchantment of the
Magic Kingdom Park. Walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A on December 25th with my whole family of 6 was like a dream come true for me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone from the young, to simply the young at heart.
There are so many
Things to do in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, and this especially so at Christmastime. You're sure to love everything from the festive decor and twinkling lights to the deliciously warm cinnamon-scented air and special seasonal treats found in all the many dining spots. Plus in past yEars Guests have been able to enjoy events such as
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party which I surely hope will return for select dates in 2021.
Another bonus is that the weather in Florida during December is usually rather beautiful, with the temperatures being just right for most British folks - warm during the day, but chillier in both the morning and evenings. I would suggest dressing in comfortable layers and, just in case of any rain showers to always have a pakamac at the ready!
To help start planning an unforgettable Christmas holiday to Walt Disney World Resort be sure to stop by the
Walt Disney Travel Company where at present you'll discover some exclusive
Magical Extras when booking select stays during 2021. Plus you may wish to take a peek at these
FREE Holiday Planning Tools or take some inspiration from our pixie-dusted
Panel Extras.
Bead, if you have any further enquires about spending Christmas 2021 at Walt Disney World Resort with either just your beloved partner or indeed your whole family, please do pop back to
planDisney to ask me another question. I'm always happy to help!
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
