    Hi, We are going to Disney World the first week of May and booked the Hollywood & Vine lunch with the characters. However after booking I received the confirmation email and it states the characters are not at lunch. I would like to confirm which is tr

    Hi Kelli,

    Thank you for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You made a good choice with Hollywood and Vine! I can understand your concern, the characters are important! I think I may know the root of the problem. Check your reservation time and see if your reservation is after 3:30 p.m. The reason is that the character lunch is offered from 11:00 a.m. - 2:25 p.m. and dinner (which does not feature characters) begins at 3:30 p.m. Just to be sure, I called Disney Dining and they confirmed that the last lunch reservation is 2:25 p.m. I suggest that you call them as well to change your reservation, if needed. Their phone number is (407) 939-3463.
