Hello, we are going to Disney World in a few weeks. We have tickets and park reservations but I dont see a bar code for them to be scanned. Is that normal or am I missing something? Thank you

Hi there, Kerri! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy that you've stopped by with your vacation planning question.

Eeeek! In just a couple of weeks, you will be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth, ready to begin your magical adventure! I couldn't be more excited for you! With the 50th Anniversary Celebration in full swing and the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in full bloom, you could not be visiting Walt Disney World Resort at a better time. Since you have your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account and your Theme Park Pass reservations made, it sounds like your planning is off to a practically perfect start!

Don't see a bar code for your tickets to be scanned? Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries!" You haven't missed a thing! Just log in to your My Disney Experience app, click the three-line menu icon and then Disney MagicMobile. Here, you will set up and download your Disney MagicMobile Pass into your smartphone's digital wallet. Then you will have easy access to your park admission, reservations and even Lightning Lane entry with just the swipe of your phone. How cool is that?! After you've downloaded your Disney MagicMobile Pass, just check your smartphone's mobile wallet to make sure it is tucked away safely. Magic unlocked!

If you prefer to have a physical ticket, just stop at Guest Relations right outside of the theme parks with your confirmation number and the credit card on which the tickets were purchased to get your card. While you are shopping at Walt Disney World Resort, if you see a MagicBand that is just your style, you can then link the MagicBand to act as your room entry, park admission, make purchases charged to the room, and more.

While you are enjoying the gorgeous gardens and topiaries of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, be sure to participate in Spike's Pollen-Nation Exploration. This oh-so-fun scavenger hunt is the perfect way to explore every Pavilion of EPCOT's World Showcase, and you get an adorable prize for completing it. A prize for having fun while tasting your way around the world?! Yes, please!

Kerri, I hope this was helpful today! I am wishing you the most magical and unforgettable upcoming spring vacation. Please stop by any time with any vacation planning questions you may have.

I hope to see ya real soon,
