    Hi! We are going to Disney World February 5-9. Weather app says highs will be about low to mid 70s. Will jeans/long pants be appropriate to wear? Thank you!!

    Oh my goodness, Anna. You will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short days!!! So excited for you!!!

    It can be so hard to know what to pack during the winter months. My husband used to laugh at me when I was in college because I would wear shorts and a t-shirt...and a sweatshirt. But it worked for me then and I had to laugh because yesterday that is precisely what he had on. You will see us in similar attire when we are at Walt Disney World Resort when the weather is like this.

    Jeans and/or long pants are fine as long as you won't be too warm. I was just looking at your weekend forecast for this coming weekend and depending on what part of Missouri you live in, you may have really cold weather. With that in mind, low to mid 70s may feel like a heat wave to you. (Keep in mind I live in Texas so my definition of cold is most likely much different than yours.)

    Friends of ours were at Walt Disney World Resort a couple of weeks and their weather was so unpredictable. One day they were in shorts and the next they were bundled up in jeans and sweatshirts.

    If you can bring a variety of clothing I would recommend it. Depending on your plans, you may want the jeans in the mornings and evenings and lighter weight clothing in the afternoon.

    And while it may seem a little outrageous, you might want to bring your swimsuits as well. There have been many winter months at Walt Disney World Resort that you would find us pool side.

    I want to add that if needed, there are laundry facilities in the Resort hotels and when we were not prepared for the weather, our souvenir from the trip ended up being some kind of apparel. You will have plenty of options once you get to Walt Disney World.
