Hiya Molly - welcome to
planDisney!
There are tons of magical activities to enjoy as part of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and I see my friend Stacy already filled you in on some yoga options!
Many Walt Disney World Resort Hotels also offer
bike rentals and have various
running trails to enjoy. Just keep in mind that running is
not permitted inside the Theme Parks or at Disney Springs. The one exception is during runDisney events, but there are none scheduled during your visit.
You can dance almost anywhere you'd like to - at parades and shows, in line for attractions, on the sidewalk - but if you'd like to dance somewhere where others might join in, consider checking out
Atlantic Dance Hall located at
Disney's BoardWalk. This is an easy walk from the International Gateway at EPCOT, or you can take complimentary bus transportation from a Theme Park. Guests must be 21 years of age and older, and you'll find a classic video wall and a DJ playing some new and old tunes that get everyone on their feet!
Last but certainly not least, I want to point out the
Enchanting Extras Collection. These are amazing ways to add some extra magic to your vacation, and since you mentioned hiking, I think you should take a look at the
Wild Africa Trek at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. You'll set off on a VIP expedition with some light hiking and up-close views of wildlife, plus you'll learn a lot - it's one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort experiences!
Molly, I hope this information is helpful -
please stop by again with any other questions you may have!
