I am going to Disney World Feb 2 to 11 in 2011 for a birthday present. Birthday is on the 10. Will be turning 36. I am wondering about the crowds and any tips you can give someone going to WDW by themselves ? Thanks

    Hi Jason!

Happy (early) Birthday!  What an AWESOME birthday present!!  Crowds are generally very low at that time, so you should have a GREAT trip as far as crowd levels are concerned!

    Tips for traveling solo:

Enjoy the company of the Cast Members--especially those in World Showcase.  They have so many wonderful things to share and are SO MUCH fun to talk to!

Enjoy the wonderful restaurants Walt Disney World has to offer, maybe even book dinner at California Grill during Wishes.

Try a tour or special experience!  We've enjoyed every tour we've taken at Walt Disney World.  We especially enjoyed the Around the World at Epcot tour, and Keys to the Kingdom

Make sure you get pictures to document your trip!  PhotoPass would be a wonderful way to get those special memories captured!  PhotoPass photographers are always more than happy to snap a picture (or two) with your own camera as well!

    Have a magical vacation!
