    Has Disney World ever offered the free dining plan discount during the week of Thanksgiving?

    Hi Marilyn!

          The week of Thanksgiving is a wonderful time in Walt Disney World!  It is typically a very busy time with many people spending their Thanksgiving vacation enjoying all that Walt Disney World has to offer.  Normally, a free dining discount is not offered during this particular week and Table Service restaurants can have an extra cost per meal for this holiday time.  I personally do not recall a free dining plan being offered to guests during this particular time period before.  You can always hope for a little luck and Pixie Dust for a special offer to come out for Thanksgiving week this year!
