Hi, there!
Welcome back to planDisney, Glenn. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you're planning another visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! You must be counting down the days with excitement and anticipation.
You are correct that guidance has been changing and consequently, health and safety measures are being adapted. At this time, the
Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go page on the Walt Disney World Resort website still states that day Guests (Guests not staying overnight) must have a confirmed dining reservation to visit a Disney Resort hotel. That could certainly change between now and the time of your visit, so I suggest checking the
Know Before You Go pages again closer to your arrival date.
The
Disney Resorts Collection offers so many uniquely themed hotels. I used to just love "resort hopping" so I could experience the different themes and amenities! If there's one Disney Resort hotel in particular that you'd really like to visit, I recommend booking a dining reservation. Have you been to
Sanaa before? This dining location is my family's most favorite in all of Walt Disney World Resort! When we have a dining reservation at Sanaa, we not only enjoy an incredible meal, we also get to view African animals on the Sunset Savanna AND explore the beautiful lobby at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. What could be better than that?
I hope this was helpful, Glenn. I'm wishing you another magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Ashley
