Happy Holidays, Stephanie!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
There's nothing quite like visiting
Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season. It sounds like you're already getting into the holiday spirit - me too! (Is it too soon to put up the Christmas tree?) My family visits Walt Disney World every year at Christmastime, where the holidays are especially magical. I can hardly wait to visit this year!
I'm excited to tell you that pixie-dusted holiday magic will begin to appear throughout Walt Disney World beginning November 12! Merrymaking will take place in all four theme parks, and will include whimsical decor, seasonal food and drink offerings, festive entertainment, and more!
Disney Springs will also be decked out for the holidays, as well as all of the
Disney Resort Collection hotels.
On November 8, a brand-new exclusive holiday celebration begins at
Magic Kingdom Park and continues on select nights through December 21.
Disney Very Merriest After Hours will be a specially-ticketed event with four hours of exclusive park time, low wait times for popular attractions, complimentary holiday treats and beverages, Cinderella Castle holiday projections, live entertainment, and more! Select attractions will have special festive holiday overlays, there will be SNOW on Main Street, U.S.A., and Guests will be able to enjoy Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show. Holiday happiness will be in the air and I can't wait to be there! Tickets for this FANTASTICALLY FESTIVE event will be going on sale soon, with an early purchase opportunity for guests of Disney Resorts Collection hotels. Stay tuned to the
Disney Parks Blog and the
Disney Very Merriest After Hours page for announcements about this VERY MERRY new event!
I Ho-Ho-Hope to hEAR you'll be making plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season!
