Hi Michael,
How wonderful to know you are planning a Christmas vacation. There is nothing more magical than the
Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort, and it is my family's favorite time of the year to visit.
Sure, it is the busiest time of the year to visit, but with a little bit of planning you can make the best of it. First, you should know that the whole Resort dresses up to the occasion, with decorations and incredible displays of Christmas Trees. You should take time and visit some of the Resort hotels to view the amazing Gingerbread Houses.
Epcot celebrates Holidays Around the World with
Candlelight Processional, a beautiful choral experience not to be missed, and a special holiday version of
IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. And Disney Springs brings you seasonal shopping and dining, and you can even meet Santa. At this time, we do not know what Mickey has in store for Magic Kingdom Park, however in years past there has been special holiday editions of fireworks and parades until the end of the year.
One last tip: remember to book all your dining reservations early. You can do it up to 180 days in advance, at the
Walt Disney World restaurants and reservations page. Happy Holidays!
Ricardo.
