Going to Disney world for 2 days. Have a 10 year old and a five year old (both girls). What 2 parks should I do? Thanks!

Welcome to planDisney, Hiral! I'm so excited to hear that you are taking your girls to the Most Magical Place on Earth next month; you are going to have a fabulous time seeing the magic through their eyes and sharing this experience with them! With so many amazing attractions, shows, and experiences in each of the four theme parks, you can't go wrong with any of them, but I'm going to recommend spending a day at Magic Kingdom Park and a day at EPCOT with your girls!

Magic Kingdom Park is the iconic center of the Walt Disney World Resort, and it offers the most attractions that will appeal to both of your girls! It's also a place where they can explore fantasy, adventure, space, and history all in one by discovering each of the unique lands that make up the park! I'd love to share my top tips for can't-miss attractions at Magic Kingdom:
    • Festival of Fantasy parade - this parade rolls from Frontierland, past Liberty Square, and down Main Street, U.S.A. daily. My family loves to grab a Fresh Fruit Waffle at Sleppy Hollow in Liberty Square to enjoy while we catch it!
    • Mickey's PhilharMagic - this 3D attraction features music from a variety of Disney animated films alongside Donald Duck's antics! It's one of my favorite shows!
    • Princess Fairytale Hall is a great place for your princesses to meet their favorites! Close by you can also find Sir Mickey's where your girls can request to be pixie dusted by a Cast Member or take some photos at the Royal Portrait Studio!
    • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a family-friendly coaster that delights guests of all ages! To avoid a long wait, get there early when the park opens or snag an Individual Lightning Lane to bypass the standby line!
    • Happily Ever After - no trip to Disney would be complete without magical fireworks!
My second park recommendation is going to be EPCOT because you will be visiting during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which is my favorite festival! My girls and I just came back from a visit to this festival and they loved exploring the Butterfly Landing, character topiaries, and sampling some of the unique dishes offered at the outdoor kitchens. We were also delighted to see so many characters wandering about the park - you never know when you might get recruited to help Pluto sniff out the most fragrant flower or help Rafiki find a new place for meditation!

EPCOT is home to the newest thrill attraction Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, an intergalactic adventure to save the world! This reverse-launch, indoor coaster is unlike any other attraction I have ever experienced; I recommend trying to secure a boarding group via the Virtual Queue option on your My Disney Experience mobile app first thing in the morning of your visit! Be sure to also explore the new Journey of Water exhibit and SeaBase to say hello to the sea creatures that call EPCOT home, including my favorites Lil Joe and Lou - manatees that are part of the Manatee Rehabilitation Program!

Hiral, no matter what parks you choose, magic will be waiting for you and your girls! Wishing you a wonderful, magical vacation!
