I will be at disney world for 3 days & we plan to do Magic Kingdom in 1 day, Hollywood Studios in 1 day & do Animal Kingdom & Epcot on the final day. Can we get a premier pass for epcot & hollywood studios for the same day?

Hi there, Brean! I like the way you think! You’re planning on hitting the parks hard and really going for it. I can tell you’re a planner and really want to maximize the magic by getting as many attractions in as possible. Let’s do it!

Before we go too far, I would like to clarify that Lightning Lane Multipass will hop with you from park to park, but Lightning Lane Premiere Pass will not. I also want to make it clear that you cannot purchase a Premiere Pass for two separate parks on the same day. So, unfortunately, no, you cannot get a Premiere Pass for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios on the same day.

Have no fear, planDisney is here! I think the answer to this kerfuffle is to plan for some flexibility. If you follow the plan in the first sentence of your question, it works out fine since Hollywood Studios and EPCOT are on separate days. Just be aware that Premiere Pass is subject to availability, but otherwise, you’re set.

I’ll also point out that you are allowed to purchase a Premiere Pass for one park and a Multipass for the other on the same day. If you decide you do want to visit EPCOT and Hollywood Studios on the same day, I would suggest purchasing a Premiere Pass for the park with the longer wait times and a Multipass for the other park to ensure you’re able to check off every attraction on your list! I think it’s a good compromise! Also, you’re allowed to purchase up to two Lightning Lane Single Passes per day, in case you’re approaching the end of the day and can’t get that last ride or two in.

If you’re staying on property at a Disney World Resort hotel, your Lightning Lane booking window opens 7 days before your visit. That’s coming up in a couple of weeks for you! If you’re staying off property, the Lightning Lane booking window opens 3 days before your visit. If you end up purchasing both Premiere Pass and Multipass on the same day, purchase the Multipass first so you can grab the earliest return times possible to maximize the magic!

Brean, I hope you have the best trip ever and really do it all. I’m getting pumped just thinking about all the thrills you’re going to have compressed into three amazing days. You’ll be climbing the mountain on Expedition Everest, saving the world with Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind ("Everybody Wants to Rule the World" is my fave, if you were wondering), screaming on Tower of Terror, and singing Heigh-Ho on Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in just a few weeks!

Have the best time and keep bringing your questions to planDisney. Have a magical day!
