Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kristyn! We’re so glad you stopped by to bring us your question.
Congratulations on celebrating such a momentous occasion with your daughter! I can’t think of a better place to celebrate a graduation than at the Walt Disney World Resort, where the magic is endless. Be sure to locate the super cute graduation ear hats when you are there. They’ll have the year embroidered on them which makes them such a perfect keepsake to commemorate the occasion, plus they will alert Cast Members that the girls are celebrating and you never know what magic can suddenly appear to those who are celebrating at Disney!
Kristyn, if you will all be staying in the same room during your visit, everyone in that room reservation will have to have the same
Dining Plan. But if you are planning to book multiple rooms, you could potentially have two separate reservations where you can have the Deluxe Dining Plan on one of them and Disney’s Dining Plan on the second room. If you choose to go the latter route, you could link both reservations to your My Disney Experience account so you can manage both too. I would suggest creating the reservations under different guests, and not under your name, to avoid confusion. Do keep in mind that the guest the reservation is booked under must be 18yrs or older.
One last tip: To book your reservation, call the Disney Reservation Center at 407-934-7639 so they can add a Travel With number to the reservations. Then, request a room with a connecting door which will be great for privacy and hang-time respectively!
I hope this info helps as you continue planning your dream celebration vacation for next year! Be sure to come back and see us again soon for any additional tips, advice or questions you might have about your visit. It’s our pleasure to help!
