Hi Patricia,
This is a great question! The awesome thing about visiting Walt Disney World is the ability to do something different with every trip. I'm often torn with revisiting our favorites or venturing out to try a new experience. I typically mix a little of both if we have the time!
Have you considered
Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa? This special character dining experience is located at 1900 Park Fare restaurant in the resort. Theme Park admission would not be required and it's one of our family favorites. Not only will your princess meet Cinderella and Prince Charming but you'll typically find the step sisters and sometimes Lady Tremaine. This group will really make for a memorable meal with their snarky candor and jokes. They are a hoot! Just keep in mind characters are always subject to change, but the above characters are your typical hosts.
Chef Mickey's is also a super fun place to celebrate a birthday with Mickey and gang. Birthdays are done up BIG where napkins are twirled in the air and dancing ensues to celebrate the birthdays in the room.
Advance Dining Reservations are highly recommended as early as 180 days in advance and can be arranged online or by calling Disney Dining at 407-939-3463.
Let me know if you would like further suggestions, Patricia, as I'm limited in writing space.
Enjoy celebrating your princess' birthday!
