According to Disney's Official Web site, for just $27 more, both the Park Hopper and Water Parks, Fun & More option may be added. I would suggest that you call (407) 939-7830 or contact participating U.S. military base ticket offices to find out more information on upgrading the Military Promotional Tickets. I hope this helps!
