    Does Disney world have a bookstore? I have been searching for books on disneys awesome customer service and management. Thanks

    Hi there, Tracy!

    You'll find wonderful books about Disney and its remarkable history in gift shops through the Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts. Most of these books deal with the Guest-perspective material: biographies of the Disney family, the animation process, recipes, and so on.

    But books on the subject are plentiful through outside sources. Note that most of these are not official nor authorized by the Walt Disney Company, but are written observationally and from a third-party perspective.

    You can find a variety of books on Disney's corporate success at online and local bookstores, most of which are immediately available.
