    We are going to Disney world in the beginning of December. What do you think about booking a "sleigh ride" at Ft. Wilderness? Would the campers have their holiday decorations up? We have never done this, any suggestions?

    Hi Michele!  The carriage rides at Fort Wilderness are fun no matter what.  I suggest you book one and enjoy the relaxing ride and not worry about how many of the campsites will be decorated at that time. Your driver will certainly know the best route for what is up and you can enjoy the Disney decorations as well.  It is a fun time to visit Fort Wilderness and if you time it right stay and enjoy the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the beach. They pipe the music in so all you miss are the lower fireworks and the crowds!
