We will be going to Disney World in April 2013 and staying at the Pop Century and then the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Will we have to purchase refillable resort mugs at each resort?

    Hi there Penelope,

I have a HUGE Refillable Mug collection in my cupboard and we use them on a regular basis!  They're great for adding a little dash of Disney magic to an ordinary day.  While on property, they offer such a great savings on beverages.

The Refillable Mug policy states that each mug is good for length of stay for the resort at which you purchased it. The policy unfortunately doesn't address back to back split stays but the way it's written implies that guests are required to purchase new mugs for each stay. I do know that despite this policy, not everyone follows this rule so you may want to ask a manager at Animal Kingdom if an exception can be made considering your unique circumstance!

    Best Wishes,
