Hi, Karen!
I would like to officially welcome your 11 year olds to Walt Disney World! That
first trip to meet Mickey Mouse is so magical. What a great way to spend spring break!
You will definitely want to stop by a Guest Relations inside any of the theme parks to pick-up free
"First Visit" buttons that your Mouseketeers can proudly wear. They might want to write the date on it so they can keep it as a wonderful souvenir of their first WDW vacation.
To make their vacation special, you might want to plan ahead with a welcome bag for each of them that you can quickly put together. Inside, put a notebook and pen for autographs, glow sticks that can be used at night, small snacks or crackers, a pair of sunglasses, and a small bottle of hand sanitizer. This can all be picked up at a local dollar store. They will have fun opening their bags before heading out to the parks. You might even want to toss in a
Disney Gift Card so they can each get a souvenir (plus the gift card keeps everyone on budget!)
Wishing all of you a magical vacation in Walt Disney World!
Cathy
