    Will Disney World add extra evening hours to Magic Kingdom for June 2017 or are those going away? We have always enjoyed the late hours with our older kids.

    Hi, Julia! Thank you so much for bringing this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We just love helping Guests like yourself plan and make the most of their magical Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

    I have found that Extra Magic Hours are often modified or supplemented in the weeks and months prior to my arrival, so it’s always a good idea to check your My Disney Experience mobile app for up to date information! I just did a quick calendar check and Magic Kingdom park does seem to have some evening Extra Magic Hours, but you are right that most seem to be in the morning. My thought is that they are deciding whether to keep going with Disney After Hours, which would affect the ability to offer Extra Magic Hours. 

    If they do continue with Disney After Hours, I have only heard great things and I recommend it! Crowds are very limited and you also get ice cream, popcorn and select beverages included! Keep your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog for details and announcements!
