Hello Disney Mom's, We were wondering if you could let us know when our hotel reservation package will arrive in the mail ? We are so excited to get our luggage tags and all that fun stuff :) Thanks

    Hi Teresa!

My family loves to receive "Mickey Mail," everyone in my house gets super excited to see this piece of magic in our mailbox.  Typically, you will receive your travel documents approximately 30 days to 2 weeks in advance of your arrival date if you booked your vacation directly through Disney Travel Company. If you have booked with a travel agent, he or she will receive the documents on your behalf.  If for any reason you haven't received your documents at approximately two weeks before you arrival date, I would give Disney Travel Company a call at (407) W-DISNEY or contact your travel agent.

I hope you have a fantastic Walt Disney World vacation and please let us know if you have anymore questions!

    Best Wishes!
