Hi, Shane! We are happy to welcome you back on board as you plan your Disney Cruise Line vacation.
It wouldn’t be called
Disney Magic at Sea if you couldn’t experience all the onboard fun! Since you have
second seating, you will enjoy the earlier performance at the Walt Disney Theatre before dinner. The Broadway-quality shows begin at 6:00 p.m. The deck parties offered on your sailing typically start after 10:00 p.m. I know this is late for young cruisers. Please check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you’re on the ship for the exact times. Entertainment offerings and schedules are subject to change.
Shane, in my experience, the servers are great at providing meals quickly for young guests. The rotational dining rooms really are unique. I think my favorite has to be
Tiana’s Place. You’re in for a toe-tapping good time with Tiana and her jazz-performing friends. It’s a lively show you won’t want to miss. You can also grab dinner at
Pete’s Boiler Bites on Deck 9, Aft. They have hamburgers, tacos, and chicken nuggets, among other kid-favorite items.
Room service is offered 24 hours a day and is complimentary. My son enjoys the pasta. Order a cookie and a glass of milk for a delightful bedtime treat.
If you would like to change your dining time, you can do so on the
Disney Cruise Line website. Look for the heading “Already Booked,” then click “My Reservations.” You can change to main dining if available or join the waitlist. You can also inquire onboard about switching to earlier dining. Dining changes take place in the
French Quarter Lounge on embarkation day.
If any other questions wind up on your plate as you continue planning, please stop by planDisney again. I am always happy to help Guests plan the vacation of their dreams.
SEAS the adventure!
