Ahoy there, Cassie!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited that you stopped by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation because I, too, will be on the same voyage as you! And, like you, we are traveling with a large group as my extended family has finally been convinced to come experience the “Mickey Boat” with us!
When you booked your four rooms, did you book them all together and link them?!? If not, no big deal – you can easily do that by logging into your
“My Reservations” account and linking a reservation. All you will need to have is the reservation numbers and then they can all be linked. This allows you to see everyone’s plans as well (which when traveling with a large group may or may not be a good thing…. kidding!!) If you are having trouble linking the reservation, then simply contact Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 or your travel agent that booked your Disney Cruise Line vacation for you and request that they be linked, and they can do it for you. If the reservations are linked then you should all be dining together, without an issue. But, additionally, you can always contact Disney Cruise Line to confirm or ensure that they add that note to your reservation.
Since you're with a large group, make sure everyone has the Navigator app downloaded prior to setting sail! You'll get great use out of the chat feature which allows you to keep up with one another while onboard! And there you will also find schedules, menus, deck plans and MUCH MORE!
Oh, boy!! A WONDERful vacation is just around the corner! Hope to meet you onboard!
Happy Sailing!
