Hello...I am on the Disney Wonder Cruiseline to Alaska this Summer and I wanted to plan dinner and beverage tasting without it affecting Pirating Pm. Can you let me know what day it usually fall on?

    Hi Natalie,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question!

I haven’t had the chance to experience Alaska with Disney Cruise Line yet, but it’s definitely on my bucket list! One of the main reasons why I’m excited to do one of these sailings is because there are tons of special activities that are only offered on Alaskan itineraries… to say nothing of the AMAZING views of snow capped mountains and glaciers!

Because it might be pretty silly to talk about Pirates IN the Caribbean in the northern Pacific Ocean, instead of Pirate Night, there is a Frozen Deck Party that typically takes place on Alaskan sailings aboard the Disney Wonder. This party looks like so much fun because it seems to last all day! The atrium gets decorated, there are meet-and-greets all day with your favourite Frozen friends, and even a scavenger hunt with Anna’s Chocolate Chase! From what I understand, last year these themed days typically happened on Day 4 of a 7-night itinerary, but because the Alaskan sailings haven’t started yet for this year, that information is subject to change, as are the different activities that will be offered as part of this onboard activity.

I hope my answer helps you plan the perfect sailing this summer. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
